We are very competitive and undercut most genuine Computer Repair Specialists particularly for home and small business users.

Can You Fix My Virus Problem Without Me Losing My Data?

Once we have confirmed there is no loss of data as a result of the visrus itself, we will work to restore the computer to it original state without futher loss of data.  In some cases, it is possible to recover lost data with the use of our professional software tools.

Will You Come To My Home or Office?

Abiko Computers are happy to visit you onsite.  We offer a remote connection charged at a fixed rate with over the phone support.  However, if your hardware is stopping you accessing the internet we are happy to arrange an appointment at the best time for you.

Do You Supply Network Equipment?

We supply all the equipment you need to set up the most secure and professional network possible.

Do you offer and express service or equivalent?

Yes! it is offered to businesses or individuals who must have their PC back as soon as possible. We work our hardest to keep the turnaround time down to a minimum. Cost will be discussed with you if this option is needed.

Can You install/Repair all my New equipment including Printers and my Network?

Abiko Computers will carry out all set up's to save you the time and effort.  We install all makes of personal computer printer/scanner and all Brands of Wired and Wireless networks.

Do you do home/on site visits?

Yes.  We offer a home and on site service.  Please contact us to book an appointment.

Is there parking at Abiko Computers?

Yes. We have free parking right outside our shop. if this is full, there is a cark park across the road.

Do you repair laptops?

Yes! We can fix many laptop specific problems at a fraction of the cost charged by the manufacturers. Unfortunately due to the nature of some problems sometimes it would require you to send it back to the manufacture.

Do You Charge extra for Telephone Support?

Telephone enquiries are charged at local rates - No extra charge is owed for any support given by our tech experts.

Many problems a routinely diagnosed/solved over the telephone, call us and  see.

Do You Use New Parts?

Abiko Computers only use UK/EU Branded Parts - We Do Not use seconds or second hand parts at all ever?  It would tarnish our reputation for solid reliability.

What Operating Systems do you support?

Abiko Computers support all Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as Apple OSX and Linux. if you are not sure what operating system you have, please feel free to call and ask us.

Do you sell computer components? - Will you supply parts for my repair?

We stock and can order in most components as required in our store in Heywood, Rochdale.  Our instore stock include computers, peripherals, inkcartridges and many more products.  Please call us to see if we stock the parts you need.

What happens if you can't fix it?

All computers can be repaired, at a cost but sometimes they are beyond economic repair, we will inform you that this is the case and if necessary no charge will be made.  Call us or email us to find out how little a replacement could cost.

Is my data safe with you?

Your data is our first priority on each job we do. Unlike some of the large chain stores we DO try to back up your data before attempting any major repair. Of course, taking regular backups yourself is recommended.

How long will the repair take?

We always endevour to complete a job within 24 hours. Some PC's or Laptops may take a bit longer if new parts are needed.

I'm bringing in my computer/printer for repair. what else do I bring in with me?

For Notebooks or Laptops, please bring in your A/C Power supply. For PC's, desktops, etc.., usually nothing else is needed. No monitors, keyboards mice or power cords are necessary. However, if you have Restore Disks you may want to bring them in with you. If your printer has an A/C power adapter, please bring that in also.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept cash and all forms of debt and credit card. we also accept cheques with a valid cheque guarantee card.
